ASSOCIATION FOR YOU
VARNA
– I learned a lot about myself, how I work, how I write, what are the important issues for me and what is the direction in which I want to continue my development. realized that it is vital for me to invest my time in something that brings value, provokes, helps not only me, but also others.
– One of my favorite moments during the project is traveling to record to different halls, offices, studios, and meeting new people in their environment and hearing their stories.
– I really enjoyed sharing my creativity, my energy, and my Breton and French culture. I was proud to share the customs of my country.
– It is an unforgettable experience that I recommend, and very educational, both personally and professionally.

Maria
My name is Maria, and I’m from Lisbon, the Capital of Portugal. Since childhood I’ve had the opportunity for international experiences, having lived abroad for 6 years, in Angola, Hungary and Spain. During my exchange year in High School, I became very interested in Intercultural Learning and started working for AFS Exchange Programs, firstly 10 years as a Volunteer and Team Coordinator and then 3 years in office, as Risk Management and Program Support Manager, which allowed me to deal directly with teenagers living abroad and realize the importance that international experiences have in developing global competencies such as adaptability, communication, cooperation, critical thought, problem solving, among others.
In a constantly changing and crescently globalized world, it is essencial to offer opportunities for all to develop such competencies, which is why the Erasmus+ Programs developed by the EU are so crucial to build a more just future of Active European Citizens. For me, it is a pleasure to be able to contribute to such mission.

Mihaela Kolic
My name is Mihaela Kolic, and I organize Erasmus+ mobilities for Croatian schools.
I hold a Master’s degree in Management in Culture and Creative Industries, which aligns perfectly with my professional work.
My Erasmus+ journey began during college, with two study semesters in Greece and Portugal, followed by a six-month traineeship in Estonia. I also participated in and moderated numerous Erasmus+ youth exchanges.
During my studies, I led the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Osijek, where I organized mobilities for many international students who chose to spend their semester in my city. At the same time, I introduced local students and pupils to the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme.
I am passionate about creating new opportunities that foster learning, personal development, and international mobility.
